Can You C.O.A.P?: Come Out And Pray is a weekly prayer ministry that meets on Tuesdays from 7 - 8 p.m. at the Paxton Church of Christ. The evening will consist of a brief devotional, some worship, and prayer. Please join us in prayer. We are located across from Hardee's in Paxton. Meets each Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 p.m.

EBLET: Meeting January 30th – 7 p.m. We will review our By-Laws. Before us lies the awesome responsibility of updating them so that ministry is effectively facilitated. Because our By-Laws are an important document, we want to make sure that we operate within the realms of the Bible and those boundaries set by the State of Illinois. Therefore, we are putting together an “Exploratory By-Laws Enrichment Team (EBLET).” If you are interested in taking part in this wonderful opportunity, please let a Board Member, Chuck Werner, or Milton Cruz know. Announcing: The NYC Stock (Service) Exchange: Our teens are doing all and any odd jobs this winter to help you out! We are working towards earning the funds for our NYC mission trip in the spring. Bible Study 101: How to Study the Bible...It's not too late...
If you are looking for a “nuts and bolts” or a “how to” class…this is it! The class will cover some of the following topics: What is the best Bible translation?, What is the difference between Bible reading and Bible study?, What are some of the study tools available?, What is hermeneutics?, and more! This class is for all levels of faith…for the mature as well as new beginners in the faith. The class will be offered during WOW on Wednesday's at 6:30 p.m. Pastor Milton Cruz will lead the study for ALL who want develop their Bible study skills. PCC is located across from Hardee’s. Young Adults Bible Study Hour: If you are a young adult and do not attend a Bible study, we invite you to join Milt in a new study called “The Case for Christ”. Each session will cause the participant to wrestle with Jesus and His claims. The study is located downstairs in the west hall and to the last door on the right.

Why: All proceeds to benefit the youth NYC-37K mission trip, March 17th – 25th
How: Call the church at 379-4443 to order tickets now through January 29th. All tickets must be paid and picked up at the church by January 29th.

Women’s Council Meeting: The ladies of the church will be starting a new year and encourage the ladies who are looking for a ministry come to their first meeting for 2012 on Thursday, February 9th at 7 p.m. They meet in the Fellowship Hall. It’s a time of devotion and planning service.
